Q. Can we order samples before we buy?

Q. Do we have to order all our stationery at the same time?
A. No. It is unlikely that you will know exactly how many menus and place cards etc that you will need until you have received your invitation replies.
Q. What happens if we run out of invitations?
A. We would recommend that you order spare invitations. This means that if a few guests are unable to attend, you will have spares ready to invite others who may be able to attend.
Q. How long will it take between ordering our wedding stationery and delivery?
A. As we design and create your wedding stationery to your specification, we will also discuss the timescales in which you would like your order to be completed by.
Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. No.

Q. How long in advance should we send out our wedding invitations?
A. Ideally, you need to send your wedding invitations out 3-6 months before the big day.
Q. How do we know what fonts, colours or wording etc to use?
A. You may already have an idea of your colour scheme or perhaps even a theme, however, we can give you lots of help and ideas for different aspects of your wedding stationery. For example, we will go over the many possible fonts available for you to choose from and the wording that suits you and your special day.
Q. At what point do we pay the deposit and how much is this?
A. The deposit is required when you have chosen your design from the prototypes that we have sent to you. Please see our 'unique customer journey' on our 'What We Do' page for further details. The deposit is 50% of the final price.
