How much input can our business have in the decision making?
As much or as little as you want. Redbox Design will recommend what we feel is best for your business needs, but no matter how much input you wish to give, whether it be a lot or none at all, we will work together to get the best design solution for your company.
Can I have as many colours as I want in my logo?
You can have as many colours as you like, however we recommend a maximum of 4 colours to make the printing of your logos for business card, stationery, etc, easier and inexpensive.
If I decide to use your services, what are the stages following the initial meeting?
After we have discussed the brief and you are happy to go ahead, Graham will calculate a timescale and quote that you are both happy with and pre arrange a second meeting for after the initial stages of the work has been completed.
Can I speak to you over the telephone?
Yes. The quickest form of communication is over the phone or via email, however if a face to face meeting is required this will need to be prearranged.
What is the design turnaround time?
The turnaround times stated are approximate. The service may be quicker or may take longer depending on the requirements.
What about copyright laws?
All of our designs are unique and never created from templates. Photographs (if required) can be supplied by yourself or it can be arranged for us to take these for you.
Is there a deposit needed?
A 25%-50% deposit is required for the commencement of work depending on the scale of the order. The remainder of the payment is due on receipt of the work or prior to the launching of a website.
Ok, so your prices are very competitive. What's the catch?
There is no catch. This is a freelance design company, so meetings can be arranged at your convenience. Working from home is also an advantage as we have no overheads that are reflected in the price of our services.
